The suit claims Uber failed to use its “Real‑Time ID Check” feature, intended to confirm driver identity via selfie uploads.
This case is part of a much larger legal wave. Over 2,300 civil suits alleging sexual assault and harassment have been consolidated into a federal MDL.

4. Discrimination
