Mindy Lenahan has been the Case Management Director at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers since 2019. Mindy leverages her years of experience as a professional writer and teacher in the areas of litigation and settlement negotiations.
Mindyโs strong background in education is a superpower when it comes to educating insurance companies, opposing counsel, and juries about each clientโs unique case.
Mindy enjoys serving others both in the Jacksonville community and through her many connections around the world. Prior to joining Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers, Mindy spent time abroad teaching students in China, South Africa, and India. Her heart for service overflows into her commitment and dedication to our clients and their families.
Mindy is married to her husband, Shawn, of 22 years. They have three children and three dogs. A lifelong learner and adventure seeker, Mindy is an avid reader and loves traveling with her family.
Emily Campbell
Client Experience Director
Emily Campbell is the Client Experience Director at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers. A natural extrovert with a passion for helping others, Emily sets the bar high when it comes to delivering an exceptional client experience in every case we handle. Emilyโs strong sense of empathy and compassion fuels her devotion to serving clients and families affected by a loss or catastrophic injury.
Emily is a strong client advocate, working with medical providers to maximize each clientโs compensation. Emily also directs and oversees Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyersโ community connections and professional networks.
Emily is a Jacksonville native, with strong roots in our community. In addition to working full-time at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers, Emily is also pursuing a degree in marketing and business management at the University of North Florida. Outside of work and school, Emily is a beloved leader in Delight Ministries, a national faith-based student organization.
Emily is married to her husband, Kyle, and they have one dog and one cat. Emily values faith, family, and her community. Her hobbies include spending time with loved ones, traveling, and watching the sunrise.
Jordan Brown
Client Care Coordinator
Jordan is the Client Care Coordinator at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers. Jordanโs warm and compassionate voice is often the first one people hear when they call Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers.
Natural and instinctive, Jordan is a caring advocate who loves working with clients to make sure they are connected with the best resources while keeping them educated and organized along the way.
Along with her passion for education, Jordan is passionate about children and families in Northeast Florida. Prior to joining Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers, Jordan gained significant management experience as the director of two early-learning childcare facilities in Jacksonville.
Through her longtime connections with The Early Learning Coalitions of Duval and North Florida, she developed a deep pride in the well-being of early childhood education programs and became an active member of the Childrenโs Forum.
Jordan holds a degree in Education from the University of Maine at Farmington in 2015, where she met her husband Chris. The two got married at Maineโs picturesque Sugarloaf Mountain and then moved to the sunshine, beaches, and opportunity that is Jacksonville, Florida.
When not working, you can find Jordan cozied up with a book whether it be for leisure or personal growth. If sheโs not reading at home, sheโs on the road with her husband and son fulfilling their passion for adventure.
Jordan and Chris love experiencing life through their four-year-oldโs perspective. As a family, they are passionate about the Jacksonville community. You can often find them at local events and supporting the small businesses of Duval.
A nature-lover through and through, Jordan is always looking to help make the planet a cleaner space for our future and engage in volunteer opportunities locally!
Kalie Brewster

Kalie Brewster is a Personal Injury Paralegal at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers. Kalieโs compassionate style and upbeat attitude make her an uplifting and supportive resource for our clients. Kalie is passionate about teamwork and accountability, so she takes pride in ensuring our clients stay informed and that their needs are met.
Prior to joining the firm, Kalie worked as a teacher for many years. It was in her role as an early childhood educator that Kalie was able to formulate a foundation for success through various styles and methods of organization, communication, and instruction.
Outside of serving our clients, Kalie enjoys serving others in the community — from her neighbors in St. Johns County to the many community connections she has in Jacksonville and throughout Florida.
Kalie is married to her husband, Collin, and they have twin daughters. Kalie is always looking for new adventures, whether traveling with her family or discovering a great local spot for a date night.
Carly Belica

Carly Belica is a Personal Injury Paralegal at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers. Carlyโs experience in the legal field spans a wide range of complex areas, including nursing home abuse cases and trucking accident cases. With a passion for serving individuals who have experienced traumatic events, Carlyโs empathetic and results-driven attitude is an asset and comfort in every case she works on. Carly is devoted to helping people achieve exceptional results as quickly as possible.
Carlyโs growth mindset and natural curiosity mean sheโs always eager to expand her knowledge of cases and legal trends. When sheโs not working with clients, sheโs often researching and analyzing legal issues and creating materials to help support her team.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Carly graduated from Buffalo State University with a degree in Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Intelligence Analysis. Carlyโs college career allowed her the opportunity to participate in numerous philanthropic activities such as fundraising and volunteering for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Kids Escaping Drugs, and other charities in Buffalo. Following college, Carly received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
Outside of the office, Carly loves exploring all that Jacksonville has to offer. When she is not watching movies with her cat, Lincoln, she also enjoys concerts, music festivals, and traveling abroad.
Maxwell Deyo
Settlement & Negotiations Case Manager
Maxwell Deyo is the Settlement & Negotiations Case Manager at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers. Maxwell is strong-willed and driven by compassion. After over a decade of customer service and management experience, he joined Baggett Law seeking a platform where his skills and ideals could have a greater impact. He works with medical providers and insurance companies to maximize our clientsโ compensation.
Maxwell graduated in 2019 from the University of North Florida, where he studied English and Creative Writing and was awarded the universityโs annual Amy Wainwright award in 2018 for Excellence in Fiction Writing. He continues to write and publish, and remains active in Jacksonvilleโs literary scene, having conducted readings with Bridge Eight Press and Jax by Jax Literary Arts Festival.
Maxwellโs writing skills and service-oriented background make him uniquely suited to advocate for our clients by bringing their stories to life, and communicating their hardship and perspective in a way that compels the other side to recognize their humanity.
When not working or writing, Maxwell can be found at the movie theater, in his film lab, or enjoying a backyard fire with his wife, Emily, and their three cats.
Gabriella Amyx
New Client Specialist
As the New Client Specialist at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers, Gabriella is one of the first people callers might speak to when they call our firm. Born to bilingual parents, she knew early on that she loved to talk, no matter the language. She has currently mastered Portuguese and English and has extensive knowledge of both Spanish and French. She believes that no matter what language you speak, compassion and understanding are the foundations of all successful communication, which she instills in her job on a daily basis.
Gabriella is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, majoring in economics with a minor in law and philosophy. She plans on continuing her education by earning a law degree and practicing law one day right here in Jacksonville, FL.
During non-work hours, you can find Gabriella reading and spending quality time with loved ones. When out of the house, she’s most likely taking part in fun activities with her friends and volunteering at her local church to give back to her community. On very rare occasions, she practices her alto saxophone.
