Madeline Paumen is a Case Manager at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers, where she serves as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout their recovery. She works closely with medical providers and the legal team to ensure every detail of the claims process stays on track. With her exceptional communication skills and background in client services, Madeline is committed to helping clients feel informed and confident while they focus on their recovery.
A Ponte Vedra Beach native, Madeline earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Screenwriting with a minor in Film Production from New York University. After several years working in client relations in Los Angeles, she returned to Northeast Florida to reconnect with her roots and serve the community that helped shape her.
Outside the firm, Madeline remains active in Jacksonville’s film and arts community. Her background in storytelling has strengthened her ability to understand each client’s unique perspective. She brings those strengths to every interaction, helping clients navigate the legal process with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
