About Madeline Paumen
Madeline Paumen is a Legal Assistant at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers. Madeline is often one of the first voices clients hear when they contact our office. Known for her empathy and exceptional communication skills, she takes pride in making clients feel understood, supported, and at ease from their very first conversation.
Growing up in Ponte Vedra Beach, Madeline earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Screenwriting with a minor in Film Production from New York University. After spending several years living and working in Los Angeles, she returned home to reconnect with her roots and give back to the community that shaped her.
Outside of the firm, Madeline remains deeply involved in Jacksonville’s vibrant film and arts scene—collaborating on creative projects and supporting local artists. With her storytelling background and passion for helping others, she brings both compassion and clarity to every interaction—qualities that make her a trusted and reassuring guide for clients navigating the legal process.
