Experience
Prior to joining Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers, Kristie was a partner at Boyd & Jenerette, P.A., where she represented commercial trucking companies, corporations, and insurance companies. Kristie also has experience working as an in-house trial counsel for Nationwide Insurance Company.
Kristie’s extensive experience in defense work gives her a unique and invaluable perspective when representing our clients. Her expertise allows her to anticipate the strategies and tactics used by opposing counsel and insurance companies. Kristie’s first-hand knowledge of the defense playbook assists us in creating a winning game plan in every case she handles.
Born and raised in northern Alabama, Kristie spent childhood vacations in Florida dreaming of one day making the Sunshine State her home. After completing law school in 1999 at the University of Alabama, she moved to Jacksonville and has called it home ever since.
After a family tragedy in 2021, Kristie decided it was time to put her experience and compassion to work helping others. She is dedicated to serving our clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries or lost loved ones due to negligence, and her commitment to justice in every case is unmatched.
Outside of the office, Kristie can usually be found at a ball field or other athletic event, cheering on her three wonderful children.
