Will Oglesby is a personal injury attorney at Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers. Prior to joining Baggett Law, Will most recently practiced personal injury law at Farah and Farah, where he represented individuals in complex injury claims.

Prior to serving individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death cases, Will practiced at McGlinchey Stafford, where he focused on financial and legal matters. Earlier in his career, he held various transactional and auditing roles at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, gaining valuable insight into complex financial systems and risk evaluation.

This unique blend of financial and legal experience is especially valuable in personal injury cases, where insurance companies rely heavily on data, valuation models, and financial analysis. Will understands how insurers assess and value claims, allowing him to identify strategic opportunities and advocate effectively for maximum client outcomes.

Will is known for his calm, intentional approach with clients. He takes the time to listen, explain the process clearly, and ensure his clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of their case.

Background:

Will earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgia State University in 2007 before relocating to Florida to attend Florida Coastal School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2011. A long-time resident of Florida’s First Coast, Will is deeply connected to the community he serves.

Outside of advocating for his clients, Will is an avid world traveler. He and his wife, Corri, have visited 52 countries across five continents—a global perspective that helps him connect with people from all walks of life. 

Today, Will and Corri live in St. Augustine Beach, where they are raising their two sons. Whether he is at home by the ocean or navigating the complexities of a high-stakes case, Will brings the same dedication, insight, and drive to everything he does.
